The real estate institute of Tasmania has recently relaxed the rules on tenants having to have the carpets cleaned when they move out of a rental. So there is a chance the carpets may not of been cleaned before you move in. Which means the carpets might look ok but many people could of lived in the property previously, wearing shoes inside, cats or dogs inside & who knows what else. 

We provide Truckmount steam cleaning which has powerful suction & crazy hot water plus we use Australian made products which meet all the Australian safety regulations.

We have a strong communication relationship with all real estate agencies along the coast so if there is any questions or concerns after the work has been completed we are happy to help out. We can also collect keys from the real estate agent before you move in.

We can collect & return keys to & from agencies.

So if Aurora have disconnected the power, we can still vacuum the carpet, we can still use our floor scrubbers, we can still use fans to help dry the carpet, we also have multiple portable flood lights to brighten up dark rooms. So with Aurora’s new disconnection process it’s still business as usual for us.
