End of lease carpet cleaning & end of lease pest control is our speciality. This is 90% of our work & we have formed strong relationships with Real Estate Agencies along the North West Coast of Tasmania. We have a strong communication relationship with all real estate agencies so if there is any questions or concerns after the work has been completed we are happy to help out.

We are approved to clean carpets & complete end of lease pest control by all real estate agencies along the coast.

We have processes in place that make your moving house experience a little bit easier.

We can collect & return keys to & from agencies.

We will email receipts directly to you & your property manager.

We will aim to book in your job on the day you need or close to depending on availability.

We provide our own power & hot steaming water. So if Aurora have disconnected the power, we can still vacuum the carpet, we can still use our floor scrubbers, we can still use fans to help dry the carpet, we also have multiple portable flood lights to brighten up dark rooms. So with Aurora’s new disconnection process it’s still business as usual for us.
